Warranty
Built to last.
Trip Electronics warrants each product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, when used under normal professional studio conditions.
Within the warranty period we will repair or replace any component found to be defective. Repairs are carried out at our workshop in Lisbon, Portugal, using original parts. Serviced units carry the balance of the original warranty.
This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It cannot be assigned to any subsequent owner or transferred with the sale, resale, gift, or loan of the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, incorrect mains voltage, unauthorised modification or repair or cosmetic wear.
To make a claim, contact us at info@tripelectronics.com with your unit's serial number and proof of purchase. We will respond with return instructions. Shipping to the workshop is arranged by the owner; return shipping of warranty repairs is covered by Trip Electronics.
